Spring Woods offers a club house for community activities as well as a pool and billiards, there is an additional storage area available for boats, RV's etc. The property is being sold AS-IS, cash offers only. The home is part of an open Lee County, Fl Guardianship case, any sale is contingent on the Court first approving the sale, the Court approval process will determine the contract closing date.
